We currently have recorded provider status with the Services SETA (REC 376), which means that they are non-credit bearing courses. You can claim back your skills levy if you use our services. We are in the process of getting some of our courses accredited (against unit standards) with Services SETA. All of our courses do have specific learning objectives and are all researched and written at the highest standards. In most cases our courses have more learning outcomes than similar unit standards within the National Qualifications Framework. We believe in empowering people by giving them strategies and practical skills to function in the workplace. Before a course we send out the learning objectives to the participants, conduct a pre-assessment and offer the learners a tool to do a post-assessment to see the effectiveness of the learning. It should be noted that we have the utmost respect for the South African Qualifications Authority and the National Qualifications Framework and fully support their work.
We encourage people who enroll early for a course, so if you book and pay for the course 10 days in advance, we offer this special: 1 day course R100 discount 2 day course R200 discount 3 day course R400 discount We believe in offering value for money to our clients.
What are the travelling costs to cities and towns outside of Cape Town?
If corporates would like us to deliver training outside of Cape Town, we offer a reasonable R750 a day travel fee. This will be included on your invoice. Please note that we have a minimum requirement of four learners in order to offer a course outside of Cape Town.
What can I expect in terms of course material, facilitators etc?
Every learner receives course material in the form of a manual. In addition to this case studies, activities and other hand outs are also distributed during the course. Facilitation is done by one of our experienced facilitators with subject matter knowledge in the area of learning covered. In most cases Dr. Jason le Grange will facilitate the courses, but where there are overlap in courses then an experienced facilitator will step in.
What venues do you use?
Our Cape Town venue is flexible and we either use a facility in the centre of town or Damelin on Liesbeeck Parkway near Rosebank.
How does payment work?
Once you have completed your enrollment/registration form we will send an invoice to you. 50% payment is required immediately and 50% 48 hours prior to the course commencing. Failure to pay before the course will result in losing your place on the course. Please remember we take a maximum of twelve students in one course.
What do I do if I have four learners and would like my own training at our offices?
Please contact us directly telephonically or through e-mail and we will see how we can accommodate you.
